Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

By using ADHDeadline ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What ADHDeadline Is

ADHDeadline is a self-destructing task timer designed for people with ADHD. It is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have medical concerns, talk to a qualified professional.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Pro Subscription

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms for in-app purchases.

Free Tier

The free tier includes core timer functionality, the ICU theme, and 5 AI Plans per month. We may adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.

AI Features

The AI Plan feature is provided as-is. AI-generated task breakdowns may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Use your own judgment. We're not liable for any outcome resulting from following AI-generated plans.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

ADHDeadline, including its UI, branding, and themes, is owned by Jeremy Smyth / RavenOps. Your task data belongs to you.

Availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. If we shut down, we'll give subscribers at least 30 days notice and pro-rated refunds.

Limitation of Liability

ADHDeadline is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (for account holders). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
